Catalog imports now create publications automatically

Catalog imports are now more reliable with automatic publication creation and improved validation checks.

• Publication creation – catalogs now automatically create an associated publication in the API during import.
• Import reliability – catalog imports work better by ensuring proper publication setup from the start.

• App catalog validation – added checks to prevent creating catalogs for sales channels and apps, which aren’t supported by the API.
• Error handling – clearer error messages when attempting unsupported catalog operations.

⚠️ Heads-up

• App catalogs – catalogs for sales channels and apps must be created manually through Shopify admin if they do not already exist, not via import.
